Changing my direct deposit. These liars stole 3.50 from anytime I took out money out of a free atm Wawa at multiple locations. Refused to refund my money. The banker never informed me that you get charged 3.50 for a free atm otherwise I’d go the bank atm a mile from my house. I will be filling a complaint and changing my account. I have multiple bank accounts and no one steals 3.50 from you using a free atm. Absolute bs
1 star cause the atm ate my bank card and the bank shredded it I was told it would be expedited after this issue and was lied to too after speaking to the manager of this place wouldn’t recommend this bank for anyone

I have been banking with Fifth Third for my day job for nearly 10 years and of all the branches around town I’ve visited this is by far my favorite branch. They are always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience here as long as I’ve been using this branch. I even bank with 5/3 for my personal banking and my own business outside of my day job now because of this branch.
