At 8am this morning you guys decided to have a full on marching band for 30 minutes. They clearly do not care about the houses and apartments around them who are trying to sleep. The bank isn’t even open.
New Union Ky location! BEWARE OF TELLERS THAT ARE Incompetent!! Just made a pretty large cash deposit into this particular branch and the teller tells me I am short some of the money that I had down as a total. It was only $40 short but the point was I know we counted it multiple times and let him know that we were unhappy. He said he would count out his drawer and get back to us and we decided to pull around and have him do it right there on the spot and with much resistance, he recounted it and we were right! The posted hours are definitely not accurate
Nilam is one of the lady that has worst customer service. Today at 9:50 am April 25th 2025 I had an appointment with Jennifer (a very helpful lady). As soon as I went there Nilam approached us in a rude tone saying “it is 10:00 o clock” she treated us as if we were there to rob her. My brother in law and me were there 3 days before and she said it can take 3 days to resolve the problem. We never mind waiting in 15 mins Jennifer helped us.
