Went through the drive thru this morning to cash 2 very small checks, the guy said they’d be with us shortly. Someone in the other lane pulled up and the guy had a personal conversation with her about coming in and seeing the new place, took care of what she needed and she drove off while we sat still waiting for our service. **** Update****** Wow how the mighty have fallen. 5/3 used to be the bar in which banks were measure. Now?? Useless service. I tried for 3 days to get an online transfer setup to fund my father’s QIT account for his nursing home. They refused to help over the phone and made me drive an hour round trip on Christmas Eve to get a cashiers check to make the transfer. Then charged $10!!! Just to print a check!? At 8am this morning you guys decided to have a full on marching band for 30 minutes. They clearly do not care about the houses and apartments around them who are trying to sleep. The bank isn’t even open.
New Union Ky location! BEWARE OF TELLERS THAT ARE Incompetent!! Just made a pretty large cash deposit into this particular branch and the teller tells me I am short some of the money that I had down as a total. It was only $40 short but the point was I know we counted it multiple times and let him know that we were unhappy. He said he would count out his drawer and get back to us and we decided to pull around and have him do it right there on the spot and with much resistance, he recounted it and we were right!
