Absolutey the worst bank I have ever done business with! My electronic transfers (EFT) took a week to complete. My current bank and brokerage accounts take one or two business days at the most for EFT's. Most recently we had not used the account for a few months and maintained a minimal balance. My most recent monthly statement indicated a monthly charge for the previous two months as a dormant account fee. So, I decided to go in and close the account. The tellers were not busy and no one at all was in the bank at that time.... read more
