It's a good bank, but if you lose your debit card over the weekend, you won't talk to anyone until Monday. The 800 line is not 24 hrs like other Banks
John at the new Buffalo branch was very rude and unprofessional. Nobody greeted us for 10 minutes then someone came to the window and said we had to wait because they were with other customers. Then John comes to the window and asks “what are we doing “ then proceeds to ask for ID after we had already sent a withdrawal slip, not before. Very unsatisfied . He should not be working here.
They are thieves at fifth third, they take 4-5 business days to process ANYTHING, and then will hit you with a late fee days later. It’s straight robbery. I asked why it takes them so long to process anything and it’s there job to do so and the lady told me “it’s not my job to manage your money” so what exactly do you guys do?
