I have been banking at Fifth Third New Buffulo branch bank for as long as I can remember. Lisa is my go to person for everything!. She has been extremely helpful as long as I can remember. All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming upon every visit I make to the New Buffulo branch. Thank you for employing such great people.

It's a good bank, but if you lose your debit card over the weekend, you won't talk to anyone until Monday. The 800 line is not 24 hrs like other Banks
