Great service by friendly knowledgeable people.
We went in to get my brother and I added on pur mom's account because she has cognitive decline and she hasn't been paying the bills. The lady acted like my brother and I wanted to steal her money and kept giving us strange looks. She suggested POA but that doesn't fix the issue at hand of our mother misusing her own money. I told her we were getting financial conservatorship. She again suggested that POA is easier but she doesnt understand that severity of our mother's mental state and nor is it any of her business. Can't wait to close my account. Tired of all the B.S associated with owning an account with this company. There systems/app fail to properly update and when it does, you will be punished and you will lose money. It's a joke of a bank.
