This is the worst bank Togo to get a cashier's check ,anywhere else I have no issues (mind you I get one every month) I deal with the same person and now I can't get one because she said I used cash app. To deposit my rent money into savings with...ya ok ," it's in pending" ya but it's available it came from my savings account!!! You do it every month!! Now I'm going to get evicted!!! Any other location I have zero issues with but flemming

Been trying to close my dead aunts account for weeks. This Bank makes it impossible to do anything, even with her death certificate. We're just trying to close the account!!!
My experience with the Fleming Island branch was amazing! I brought my 89 yr old stepmother in to handle her accounts,and was greeted immediately by Kyle Rozankowski. He was so kind and professional,handled all of my stepmother's needs,and explained everything thoroughly & patiently.
