Totally disgusted with how 5th Third sends a customer to retrieve information to clear up a lein issues when they had the information the whole time, then to busy to help me and require a appointment.
Go there once a month and always friendly
Charles was FANTASTIC to work with! He helped me open up checking/savings for my daughters - it was easy breezy and they are learning about money management now! He took the time to get to know us and made it a great experience. Thank you Charles and 5/3 - happy and impressed customer here and I'm looking forward to switching all my accounts to 5/3, as well as take advantage of the 5/3 FREE trust & will - how cool is that! This will save me about $2500 this year!
