Always very helpful and courteous
Was extremely frustrated after trying to reset my online banking password and the 800 number customer service line kept sending me in a loop. After the fifth unsuccessful attempt/call (over 30 minutes), I phoned the local St Johns branch - and thankfully 'Greg' answered my call. He was extremely helpful and took the time to help me through the process. 5/3 mandates in person wire transfers. But they are too busy to answer calls and too busy to take walk ins for wire transfers…. (They said both of these things when I drove 20 miles to prepare for my new home closing.)
No help at all because you talk to anybody. You always get the recorded message. It almost could have lost me an important deal. Fortunately I have an account at Fidelity and they promptly took care of me.
Awesome group (special shout out to Guy Salander!) who helped me secure a mortgage and recommend quality individuals to help through the home purchase process. Any issues that popped up were dealt with in a timely manner and the service was overall excellent!
