I would not recommend anyone to bank at this location. I have had so many problems with fifth third bank and this branch in general. Multiple times I have tried to withdraw cash and it always seems to be a problem. This time I tried to withdraw ten thousand worth of cash which I realize is a considerable amount but they made it seem that it was too large of an amount to withdraw all at once. I have been banking with tha Ada branch since 2004. Lisa and Michelle and the staff have always been warm, friendly and helpful. They have always been willing to go the extra mile for me whenever I have had a question or problem.
