WOW, what horrible service they Provide! Jacob the manager of the Auto Bill Payer is rude and not helpful at all. I have two mortgages with them, signed at the same time, smae information. One was deducted as it was supposed to work, the other, set up the samae way was not! Called them 4 times asking they why they did not take the money......... resulted in a late charge they would not waive. Very poor service every time I called and trying to get to the right person is almost impossible!!!
I went there to find out what I could do about withdrawing from my savings acct without driving to the bank/Jeannie. I was set-up with a 360 card which has a Visa logo. I can transfer cash from the savings account to the card by doing online banking at home.
