Jake was very friendly and quickly greeted me upon entry and fully resolved my reason for going in.
They cancelled my debit card because I went to Tampa for the day (from orlando) then told me it's 5 days until they can send me a debit card unless I give them 30$ then they can get it to me in 2 days. This crap is a joke.
I was considering opening a business bank account with Fifth Third Bank and contacted the branch ahead of time. I was informed they closed at 6:00 PM, so I took an Uber and arrived at 5:07 PM. Upon arrival, I was told I would need to schedule an appointment for the following week because opening an account takes approximately an hour. At the time, there were four bankers available and no customers in the branch. I just got off the phone with banker Nicole with 20+ years of expertise and experience and I must say I'm very appreciative of her knowledge and stupendous customer service etiquette that I must rate my encounter with this location a 10/10 Very helpful and assisted me with any questions I had to the best of her knowledge and she should be applauded for her efforts and skills she displayed over the phone YOU ROCK!!!
