I was considering opening a business bank account with Fifth Third Bank and contacted the branch ahead of time. I was informed they closed at 6:00 PM, so I took an Uber and arrived at 5:07 PM. Upon arrival, I was told I would need to schedule an appointment for the following week because opening an account takes approximately an hour. I just got off the phone with banker Nicole with 20+ years of expertise and experience and I must say I'm very appreciative of her knowledge and stupendous customer service etiquette that I must rate my encounter with this location a 10/10 Very helpful and assisted me with any questions I had to the best of her knowledge and she should be applauded for her efforts and skills she displayed over the phone YOU ROCK!!!

Terrible the worst branch, the rude personal
Was here to open a checking account but treated rudely and unprofessionally. Denied service due to ‘insufficient capacity’ and ask us to come tomorrow, but apparently no other clients were in the lobby. Terrible, will not do business with 53 any more.
