Been banking with 5/3 since I moved back to Marco Island. Friendly staff, always in and out, great service!
I used a money market coupon for 5.3% interest for 6 mons that went perfect, after the period I asked to the manager the new rate and she told me 4.5. during the march period the rate was confirmed 2 times by the branch representative. for my surprise when the period closed the % was 3.5 % and none of them gave me a valid answer for that.
