Worst dispute process ever. No one at the branch can help. Customer service doesn't speak english. 23 minutes on the phone to dispute 1 charge!!!!!! Awful process compared to ANY other bank I've used. Once this is over, I will be closing all accounts. This bank is a decade behind the rest.
Horrible place. Lady was ridiculous, accused my husband of fraud. I am amazed how this woman acted, they need to train these people better!!! Over simply cashing a check from their own memeber!!!! Insane I would not put your money there!!!
