Going in I had many hesitations about about opening a new account with Fifth Third. From the moment I walked in to the time I left I felt the warm welcome. Becky and Tyler helped me open an account and didn’t “sell me”. They showed me all my options, let me choose and even helped me form a plan to raise my credit score. I received a follow up quick to see if I needed anything and to tell me my card has been shipped out. I will been staying with them after meeting all the great people at the branch!
Went through the drive through they are quick and deficient Also went to Genie yesterday No issues there
can never answer a phone to save their lives and when you go in they’re so slow and careless of your time crappy place to bank at
It’s impossible to connect on a phone with bank representative.
The service is great. Everyone is always three to great you with a smile. They get you in and out quick. All i could ask for in a bank.
