i don't really recommend this bank have a account there but I hadn't benefited anything for it & haven't helped me or gave me loan to pay back to build credit so if you're tryna build credit I don't recommend this bank
It is a good bank
No sooner do you open an account, Than the staff sends you an email lying about ever meeting you. And when you try and address it with bank management, oh, we didn't lie. We've clearly talked before. No, we haven't, but you don't care to keep a customer, You just care about the profit your bank brings in.
Super friendly and helpful staff. My online loan wasn't taking a payment and though it's the phone line customer service job, their manager actually looked into things for us and made sure to get my payment squared away. Great customer service
