I just love they energy and smiles, they are so helpful in every way....
Customer Service is terrible, the person named Saba who guided me to her office then tell me waited so she can finish something on her computer ( 10min), then she did not know what is the EFT bank transfer!...Then she left me to help another customer ( another 10 min)... I complained why she left me to help another person! She said because the bank is short handed!!! Then she said i have to wait another 30 min, for the headquaters to chat with her how to do the EFT that I was not able to do it online. I should rate as No sta... read more
I can only assume that 5th 3rd bank does not like anyone to deposit actual cash and their bank. They have the absolute worst cash dispensing machines... it will not accept most bills and then it shoots them back all over the ground and the middle of the rain. It takes forever to deposit money I'm just going to go to Bank of America from now.

Service is great here. Very friendly. Thanks To Marisol, Danielle, Jennifer who are now in other branches but they’ve always been great help and given great advice too!
