Fifth Third is a horrible bank, they have a predatory view of your checking account and their "new" mobile/internet banking interface is a nightmare that will easily lead tons of people into overdrafts. Save yourself some money and pick a local credit union
So my business makes a large deposit they put a hold on the funds for 7 days, I prove to them they have the funds. Does the hold come off....NO. they have our companies money, they admit this and still hold the money. They of course loan it out while there is a hold. I have spent 2 days trying to get the hold removed, had client go to thier bank for proof the check cleared thier bank. Nope still a hold. When asked why was there a hold told it was put on by the back office. Call I contact them. Nope.
