The worst customer service ever! The only person that provided any quality service is Judy. I was denied service and pushed to do online banking instead of being walked through my personal banking process. Instead of saying , “let me find the answer” (if not known,which was not ) the response I received was “ I don’t know!” (MULTIPLE TIMES) AVOID THIS BANK!!!
Worst Bank Ever! They would hold checks for weeks! They are rude and not helpful at all. I will never use them again! If you are a small business I would not advise you bank with them. I have accounts with Chase and Fairwinds for 20+ years and have never been treated poorly by them. On top of that when I had enough and closed the account they charged $25 to close the account. I will be reaching out to the state attorneys office and BBB. They also are being hit with a class action law suit which I believe I am a victim of.
ATM is broke every other time I go. Terrible
