If this bank could compete for the worst bank branch ever award they would win the Gold! I have previously cashed checks from businesss that were Fifth Third Bank checks and had no problems at all. I received a check and I went into the branch as I've done in the past to cash the check. The Teller was Kristen Badgley and after processing the check she told me that the bank could not cash the check. Still waiting at the window 🤣. Very slow
This is the worst bank ever. Don’t spend your valuable time to go and open an account with them. It is a bad decision you will be making. Stay away from their nonsense policies.
Their policies are inconsistent and management is not helpful.
I recently noticed that I had some fraudulent charges on my 5/3rd checking account, and after logging nearly 10 phone hours futilely attempting to rectify the situation, I decided to visit the local branch. Not only was "Juan" knowledgeable about the (ridiculous) conundrum I was in, but he was patient enough to walk me (figuratively) through the entire process of rectifying my account.
