This is the worst bank ever. Don’t spend your valuable time to go and open an account with them. It is a bad decision you will be making. Stay away from their nonsense policies.
Their policies are inconsistent and management is not helpful.
I recently noticed that I had some fraudulent charges on my 5/3rd checking account, and after logging nearly 10 phone hours futilely attempting to rectify the situation, I decided to visit the local branch.
