Absolutely appalling at how they do business. I am a small business owner. I took a check in there and deposited. They decided to red flag it for fraud. The other person who wrote the check notified his bank. His bank called and said the funds are good. The money was put in my account. But then 5/3 took it back and held it for 8 days. Not allowing me to be able to do my business. The manager did not care. In fact got very snippy with me on phone. They placed over a 2 week hold on a check being deposited even though similar checks get routinely deposited from the same account every 3 months with no previous holds. When called and asked for an explanation the customer service rep hung up the phone rather than looking into it. This was a recorded call and no one was rude or cross, the lady just hung up rather than doing her job. Getting hacked left and right the most recent one is where someone from California got into my savings account and took -$600. Filed a claim, blocked the card and now after I made the claim my savings account is in the -$300,500 I’m livid and want this fixed!
Slow service. Always trying to tell you to do things differently. High interest rates. Avoid if possible.
