Slow service. Always trying to tell you to do things differently. High interest rates. Avoid if possible.
Avoid Don’t use them don’t trust them. Fifth third bank is the worst fee assessing bank in the planet. How can they charge you $13 to cash checks that are drawn on their bank. They took 10 minutes to tell me that, and then when I questioned it, the head teller was very short and rude with me and very dismissive I’m not sure if it’s because I’m new to the area or because I’m an African-American male please avoid this bank at all cost.

These are the rudest tellers around. I have problems each and every time I go through the drive thru...they obviously hate their jobs and hate customers!!!
Deposited my deposit into someone else’s account. Was never caught by the bank or employees . I called 5 days after making the deposit, wondering why it hadn’t deposited yet . Thought procedures were in place . So mistakes as this one would be caught , not 5 days later and customer had to catch the mistake. Will never use this branch in the future .
