I just made a deposit of 215.00 they only credit my account 115.00. I called several times and they ignored my call when they saw my name on the caller ID. Now I have to stop what I am doing to go back to the branch. This is terrible.
My husband and I have been banking at this branch for years and we've had nothing but great service from Holly and Aimee. They always remember us. I've never had a problem with this branch and look forward to asking their advice or just regular interaction with these friendly, helpful people.

Hands down worst customer service experience I've ever had. Went in person to have them fix an error as the customer support number is just a robo-loop that doesn't lead to a human anymore. Manager insulted me multiple times and then bragged about his customer service and how hard he works for his money, told me about how he pays child support, drives really far for work. Insane response to a customer service issue on their end. No apology offered.
The Financial Center Manager stepped up & took care of all of my issues when the other customer service representatives & the personal banker were busy. It was a very pleasant experience
