My husband and I have been banking at this branch for years and we've had nothing but great service from Holly and Aimee. They always remember us. I've never had a problem with this branch and look forward to asking their advice or just regular interaction with these friendly, helpful people.

Hands down worst customer service experience I've ever had. Went in person to have them fix an error as the customer support number is just a robo-loop that doesn't lead to a human anymore. Manager insulted me multiple times and then bragged about his customer service and how hard he works for his money, told me about how he pays child support, drives really far for work. Insane response to a customer service issue on their end. No apology offered.
The Financial Center Manager stepped up & took care of all of my issues when the other customer service representatives & the personal banker were busy. It was a very pleasant experience
This is the worst branch. The tellers are rude and sloppy. I used to go in here all the time, but now that they have changed staff, I try my best to avoid this branch. The teller Aimee Sanchez is rude, loud, and condescending. She speaks Spanish and is very rude to the hispanic customers. She tried to speak to me in spanish and told me she knew what she was doing. I needed to listen, but little did she know I am bilingual as well. I responded back to her in English, and then she changed her whole attitude. I can only fathom ... read more
