They had trouble cashing my check and I let them know I've cashed the same type of check there before and the manager had a sassy attitude. I was very polite and he returned with horrible customer service.
I've always been very well taken care of at this branch. Monica, the branch manager, goes out of her way to support her customers. And so does the staff! I always feel well taken care of!
