We have a Business Account/Several personal accounts with them accidentally for the first time over drafted it by paying from the wrong account. They've charged us fees since the 10th of November no call, no email nothing until the 29th of November. $400 in fees and they will only waive $74. I will never use this bank again and I will tell everyone I know who banks with them to go elsewhere.
