No customer service available after 5:00 pm on weekdays our on the weekends. Terribly inconvenient for those of use who.m need late night access or weekend access. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I went to the Palm harbor location to dispute a charge and Joe was so nice and helpful. He called the dispute department for me which really made it so much easier than trying to do it myself self. Joe was also able to remove the overdraft fee on my account. Best location for great help and everyone is always so friendly and smiling 😊. I've been banking here for almost 4 years and have never had a problem with this location. Other 5th 3rd locations aren't as friendly as this on is. I highly recommend this location.
