Nice people at the Palm Harbor location
I had to do some banking at this branch and the staff were exceptional
We've been doing banking here for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Friendly tellers and customer service people. It's puzzling to hear do many negative reviews?? The parking lot does belong to the bank..not the restaurants, and I dare say that there is always someone ready to sue if they fall in a lot!! The bank needs to beboroactive to protect themselves..the restaurants need to provide parking, not the bank!
Worst bank ever !!!!! They hold your checks for no reason at all , bank teller tells you inaccurate information. If I could give zero stats I would. POS bank fr & everybody that works for it.
Rep Jacob here in Palm Harbor was able to get me in w/o wait, right at lunchtime, helped me understand everything about transferring some funds into a new account type, and completed the transfer quickly, 10/10 I hope to be able to work with him next time I need help!
