Rep Jacob here in Palm Harbor was able to get me in w/o wait, right at lunchtime, helped me understand everything about transferring some funds into a new account type, and completed the transfer quickly, 10/10 I hope to be able to work with him next time I need help!
Staff at this branch are fabulous.
This bank does absolutely nothing to help it's customers. If you get behind they make it nearly impossible to catch up. They even make it harder for you to make a deposit. Even a payroll check. Avoid this place at all costs.
