This is a poorly run bank to begin with, very high fees for almost non-existent services. I wouldn’t mind the overcharging as much if it went toward properly training employees and providing meaningful educational experiences. When I went to this branch, I was directed to a trainee who was completely clueless. I understand and fully support on-the-job training, but there was no supervision at all. Love this branch, the people there are awesome and very helpful. Any big bank is going to have its archaic features that can be frustrating but these guys do a good job of managing those. They can seem short handed sometimes as other reviews have mentioned but very few people these days do everyday banking business in person so they usually only have one “teller” and the other folks are there for loan services, new accounts, investment banking etc.. This is the third week in a row that the ATM has been down in this location with no signage. Very inconvenient.
Raphael Rios I would not trust him with anything wouldn't trust him with my account or my money guytried to fraud me out of my own money one of his check persons try to use any desk get into my phone cause fraud sending me a new card but not sending the card only sending the card to the branch that way he can send my money to New York causing me to fraud scaring you away from the store don't have the balls to talk to me he has his employees do it I would I wouldn't go to that establishment ever again
