Very friendly staff. Always smiling and always seem eager to help as soon as I walked in the door. Two thumbs up at this location
ATM needs replaced. Always out of order in some fashion. The personal banker, Rose, is soooooo slow and forgets to tell customers lots of important information. I went in to get a simple Access 360 card, but Rose failed to mention that once you open the card, you have to wait 12-24 hours before you can view it inside of your existing accounts in order to be able to add any additional funds, besides the opening funds. Normally a good branch with good people; however I just wasted an hour of my life at this location. Ive been with Fifth Third for over 20 years and routinely go to this branch. I had an APPOINTMENT with Rose to open a simple checking account for my son. We walked in a 3 minutes early and she had just set a man down in her office that was applying for a loan. We were told it would just be a couple minutes and someone would help us. We waited 40 minutes and never received help. That's not the problem. The problem was that the ... read more
