I absolutely HATE Fifth Third Bank. This is the second time I've been locked out of my account simply for updating my phone number, and it's been a WEEK since I've been able to log into the mobile app or online. I get a popup telling me my acct is locked and a number to call to unlock it, just to get a foreigner in the Philippines asking for my SSN to verify my identity. HA! That's NEVER going to happen.
