Closed out accounts fine, but this woman wouldn't let us close our deposit box out after using it so many times. Bank error not completing documentation. Now we have to go to probate. Manager was salty.
Strange interaction... 53 bank called me. They had questions about my account and they asked if I still was the owner of my home and if I plan on selling?? Why would this be a question? Does this sound suspicious to anyone?
