Imagine trying to open an account with the bank you already use personally, I scheduled the appointment called left a voicemail to confirm. Appointment times come nobody calls I call the branch the manager answers the phone while having another conversation when I say hello three times she hangs up. I called back twice no answer call the branch they get her on the phone and she say oh would you like to reschedule ma’am no thank you I’ll go to another bank that wants customers.

Was made to wait 15 minutes for a simple drive through transaction. Was the only one out there. Sitting there waiting for money that long. In that neighborhood, feels like an absolute set up... but heaven forbid the people inside move with a sense of urgency when they handle other people's money all day.

very unprofessional the manager made my friend walk and yelled at him for being slow, poor guy just tore his acl and got surgery where is the humanity???
