Was made to wait 15 minutes for a simple drive through transaction. Was the only one out there. Sitting there waiting for money that long. In that neighborhood, feels like an absolute set up... but heaven forbid the people inside move with a sense of urgency when they handle other people's money all day.

very unprofessional the manager made my friend walk and yelled at him for being slow, poor guy just tore his acl and got surgery where is the humanity???
This location is locked down like a prison. I put my phone and several other things through the slot. Then, they wanted to dump my briefcase, go through my laptop and more. After 5 minutes and still enduring this, I said, "nevermind, I'll use the ATM just give me back my stuff...this is ridiculous and time consuming." I left and went to the ATM.
