Went into this Fifth third and was helped by a lovely bank teller, however her manager's attitude was anything but friendly. Wanted to see about getting a personal loan as well, and apparently no one has the time or knowledge to explain the financials to me. Very sad as that is pretty much your job description. Looks can definitely be deceiving, and this place looks like it would be a good Fifth third due to the location. I went in for a simple task. I asked the teller to separate my accounts on my billing statement. She said you can do it in the app. only. I knew that didn't sound right. I went to the Eastlake location. And they did it in seconds. It was in a different system. The Mentor teller is just clear lazy. I will never go back to this location. I wouldn't trust them with my money.
Always excellent service and experience with Traci, Denes and all the staff. We feel confident that our financial affairs are in good hands! The mobile app is also excellent!
My review can change but so far this bank has made no sense like at all. How you going to allow someone to have the 75 advance see its paid off and then take it away? It doesn't make an ounce of sense. Other than them not making any sense with that it's and okay bank and they have been helpful .
