We recently changed our banking to 5/3 Bank. We have been dealing with the Euclid branch. Customer service and support is awesome. Our other bank was getting really bad. Customer service when needing to talk with someone was terrible the person didn't seem to care and acted like I was bothering him. I love 5/3 .
Would give negative stars if I could. Needed to send $1000 to someone. Zelle daily limit of $250, so I send it and try to send money to one of my other accounts and they flagged it for fraud. They sent me a text, I verify that it’s not fraud yet it still doesn’t let me send money to my own account. I try to call and asked for a callback and when I finally got the call back it hung up on me. So I try to Zelle the next day and the limit is $190. I don't know if I would recommend this bank to anyone now compared to how it used to be. I can't add a phone to my account no matter what I do. My other device does not allow me to receive calls or messages, so I attempted to switch numbers. It tells me that my number isn't available to add, and to contact my bank, which did not solve the issue. After 6 years of commitment to this bank I've NEVER had these many issues.
