I don't know if I would recommend this bank to anyone now compared to how it used to be. I can't add a phone to my account no matter what I do. My other device does not allow me to receive calls or messages, so I attempted to switch numbers. It tells me that my number isn't available to add, and to contact my bank, which did not solve the issue. After 6 years of commitment to this bank I've NEVER had these many issues. 5/3 bank does not have their customers best interest at heart. I say this because I applied fir a pre-approved loan under the assumption that I'd get approved with my good credit and me being an almostb10 year customer with this bank and my account was in good standing and has been fir years now.I spoke with Brittani, at the desk area but on the phone, concerning a pre-approved loan.
