Wish I could give them a zero I would never bank with them or go to this branch again
We recently changed our banking to 5/3 Bank. We have been dealing with the Euclid branch. Customer service and support is awesome. Our other bank was getting really bad. Customer service when needing to talk with someone was terrible the person didn't seem to care and acted like I was bothering him. I love 5/3 .
Would give negative stars if I could. Needed to send $1000 to someone. Zelle daily limit of $250, so I send it and try to send money to one of my other accounts and they flagged it for fraud. They sent me a text, I verify that it’s not fraud yet it still doesn’t let me send money to my own account. I try to call and asked for a callback and when I finally got the call back it hung up on me. So I try to Zelle the next day and the limit is $190.
