I received great service from Rodney Piatt Van Amber. I didn't say good, I said GREAT!
I don't know if I would recommend this bank to anyone now compared to how it used to be. I can't add a phone to my account no matter what I do. My other device does not allow me to receive calls or messages, so I attempted to switch numbers. It tells me that my number isn't available to add, and to contact my bank, which did not solve the issue. After 6 years of commitment to this bank I've NEVER had these many issues.
