Called General customer service bc my new debit card showed delivered but was not located. They informed me that because I'm a new account and recently updated my address (not sure which one was the cause because he was unclear) I had to go into a branch and that it would take an additional 7-10 days to get my card. I was beyond frustrated and asked if there was anything at all they could do (which he had no reply).
