I have been attempting to obtain some paperwork needed regarding my mortgage held with Fifth Third. It has been three months, and the answer that I receive is always “we have elevated this up to the next level and you should hear from someone soon.” Needless to say, I’ve heard from no one, despite repeated calls and emails to check on the status. I've been consistently disappointed with this branch. A while back, I needed assistance with my mother's estate. The bank manager I spoke with essentially looked at me dismissively and said there was nothing he could do. Later, I visited a Fifth Third branch in Ohio, and they were able to help me without any issue. That experience showed me the problem wasn't the bank—it was this branch.
