My complaint is not about any branch in particular. It’s more with the dispute resolution. I have had a dispute going on since before Christmas about an order that I placed they have given me several reasons why it was denied and then when I send them proof that the reason was incorrect, they go to another one. This first 5th 3rd is on East main Street in Reynoldsburg. We had a serious storm where we got two feet of snow and every business on main Street is responsible for shoveling snow In front of their business that would be the sidewalks.... however this business neglected to shovel their snow and it's been 2 weeks.
