Good service
They 'repeatedly' wanted document(s) to be re-sent to them that had already been signed and could be found in the office. Also, did not forward the other documents to the appropriate department. Plus, wanted even more documents for review. This caused delays.
It was very nice, and personal
Excellent branch. Professional, friendly bankers. Clean and organized. Our banker "Heather" was so knowledgeable and efficient, and was able to take care of everything for us in phenomenal time. The location is nice too as it is near the airport and stands alone. Definitely one of the best 5th 3rd Bank I've been to.
