Wasn’t the location but 5th 3rd as a whole. My problem is that I have had an account for years never had an issue and I was hurt in a work accident and I received 2 checks from my lawyers office one for a smaller amount and one for an abnormally large amount. I went in and they cashed the smaller one and then I deposited the bigger one.
