Unprofessional behavior all around, absolutely unprofessional. I am extremely dissatisfied and would rate them zero stars if I could. Moreover, if you require withdrawing an amount exceeding 5k, you will not be able to do so at a single location. They always apologize, claiming to be out of cash, forcing you to drive all over the city to withdraw money. This bank is really horrible this branch people are rude I came there to get money for rent they refused to give me the money saying my account is pending and have to wait for three bays days and mind you I’m supposed to pay my rent the ladies were so rude pretending like I was not talking to them I felt so bad. When I was with Huntington it’s never like this and I’m still a new customer so I don’t think I can stay with this horrible bank
