Rude staff. Attitude on the phone, wasn’t willing to understand the actual issue before dismissing It. Had to ask for the manager. Who was better at assisting, only after having to re explain myself multiple times. The first girl I talked to, destiny, told me a completely different thing than the manager ended up telling me. Yet the manager acted like the solution was clearly presented already. Unprofessional.
