Poor communication and poor customer service. In the process of changing jobs so my direct deposit stopped for a few weeks. Without notifying me my account as changed and lost even the ability to deposit from my phone/online account access. Not even the courtesy of a phone call.
Don't like bank
Worst Branch. We moved to Woodstock in July 2016. Every time I've gone into this location I've had nothing but issues with one thing or another. The staff there isn't very friendly and make you feel your inconveniences them. Also they seem to make up rules to not help you. Saying they don't certain things because of whatever reason or another. When at our previous branch in Cary, Il would do it without hesitation. Previous reviews are on the money! Definitely the worst Fifth Third branch! Was heading to Sec of States office so swung in cash $40 worth of checks Did not have any ID on me Asian teller would not cash with my SS# and I gave her multiple account numbers off the top of my head! After 10-15 mins of her stupidity got checks back and left! Went to CL branch no problems at all with SS# and stating account numbers! Not good Fifth Third Not Good!
