always helpful and never had a problem.. Thanks for the good service. I have banked there over 60 years even when it was City National in Dixon. Been through alot of changes but its been good for me. Wish it was still in Dixon but since you can do things with the mobile app and on line it helps.
Garbage! On 3 different occasions. I have not been able to get my money out of the bank. Then you have problems and try to call and nobody ever answers.
Called earlier in the week to see if I could get some mortgage hardship papers notarized. Was told I could. Called again today and spoke to Amanda. Again said it was no problem. Went there on my only day off to get time sensitive papers notarized because they said twice it was fine. Got there and they stated they could not since it was not a 5/3 mortgage. I have been banking here for 6 years. They could have said that the two times I called. Waste of time and now I’m scrambling with no notice to find another notary in Dixon.
Waste of your money and time. Try and cash a large check and they will hold it for ransom for 2 weeks although you were told it would not have a hold on it. When you call to get it straightened out they will tell you the person who can help is in a meeting which apparently last all day. Horrible place that doesn't stand by it's own word.
