Strange experience here today. I have been to other 5/3 branches with no issues in the past and have always found the staff very welcoming and helpful, but this one was almost bazar Was going in to make a withdraw on my account. Waited close to 10 min as there was another customer. No problem with having to wait, but no one ever said a word to me as I waited even though there were two ladies working behind the counter. I never give any bad reviews even it's really bad tho, but today I have to say it. I walked in, waiting a little bit and the lady at the reception counter call me, I came to and told her I need money change and I gave her my debit card, she holds it on her hand then she glanced me, her eyes look like judging me. She needs my ID, I gave it to her gently and she reports something on system.
