WORST BANK EVER!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! You would be better off hiding your money under your bed. So lets explain. My mother has onset dementia so she lives with me and I take of all her finances. So at the beginning of the year my mother received some money from my grandmother's passing. We went to withdraw a large amount of money to pay off all my mothers debt so that way it was less stuff for me to worry about. I have banked with State Savings, which is now Fifth Third, from 1973 till 1998 when they changed to Fifth Third and from 1998 till 2025 with Fifth Third. You read it right. 52 years. I'm not young anymore. Lol. I cannot say enough good things about the many many people I have dealt with at this bank over the years and I am there almost every day. Someone breached security so they froze my card and it was timely to get a new card however they closed my account right when I was getting a deposit from my employer and I lost 252.53 without notifying me. It might not seem like a lot of money but it sure as hell could've helped me out being it was my final pay check. But I learned a valuable lesson...
