I was treated very poorly by they teller yesterday I could even go as far as calling her an class a racist she wouldn't hand me my things kept throwing them on the counter she was a dark haired heavy set lady .
My account was locked and I couldn't use my card and part helped me straight away made it easy and quick and made sure it was me. She was the nicest lady I've ever talked to
I had a problem with another bank selling my card to someone else without notification. Sami took it upon herself to research the problem and rectify the situation right away. She has been helping me every since. Super service seriously. Thanks Sami
