They ran out of cash. They claim that the bank only has $800. Please note that I'm writing this at 9:30 AM. They didn't run out of cash at the end of the day, they ran out first thing in the morning.

I had a great experience opening a bank account at Fifth Third Bank. From the moment I walked in, the two tellers who greeted me were warm and welcoming. They quickly helped me set up an appointment with a banker, which made the process feel smooth and organized. Worst bank ever! I have only gone to this location twice and both times the bankers are rude and do not want to do their job, and I go right as they've just opened. The first time, the bankers sent me out to the atm machine outside the building to figure out my atm card issue and to deposit money, when they had no other customers to help. The second time, they were upset because I went through the teller to deposit money, I was not going to sit there and deposit 25 bills at a time.
