I live out of state, but have power of attorney for my sister who lives in Indianapolis. I would not have been able to handle the responsibilities of managing her expenses and purchasing needed items for her if not for Drew Sylvester, who has been unfailingly helpful and very accessible since I had to assume responsibility on 2009. I have been able to call him with questions or requests and have always had problems solved or questions answered with great respect and efficiency. He is an asset to Fifth Third for sure.
I just was at this branch location last week. They had one teller working. I do think that she looked very overworked. I could tell she was trying her best to keep up. It took me 15 minutes to be helped. Both gentlemen who were in their office were busy helping other customers. There was a lady who I eventually found out was the branch manager. I use to frequent this bank. I thought that everyone was very friendly and helpful. I loved working with Darelle, Rudy, and Carissa. However, after management change I can honestly say that I am not happy. Although one person is still there out of the three I thought gave me excellent customer service it just isn't the same. I am getting ready to close my account. I wish I knew where the other two went so I could go to their new bank. Best bank in Barberton! All the Tellers and Associates treat you as a truly valued customer. Greatest move I ever did transfering from 1st Merit to this Institution.
The branch manager is horrible, but other staff are always friendly.
Poor customer service, the teller with long dark black hair is the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service. I would not work with her.
After pulling into the drive thru on my lunch and sending the tube in I waited for 5 minutes before I pushed the call button to see if there was a problem only to be told "she" would be right with me. So I waited another 5 minutes only to have no response, finally a male teller took my payment and walked away. I pushed the button once again and asked if there was a problem only to be told that there was not, they were just catching up on things. There are too many vagrants hanging out in the lobby. They smell of urine and some are covered with open sores
Take your business some where else. The tellers are usually very nice. The manager of this bank and his seconds are at times rude. They act like they are doing you a favor talking to you. Not very polite at all. They seem to think they are better than you.
