Poor customer service. Tellers are rude and lazy. They act as though they're being bothered.
This bank has dinged me 11 times $37 in overdraft fees in one month!!! Thats over $400!!!!! After calling customer service, they reversed only 2 of these. This bank illegally changes the times the items are counted in their over night system, which causes many many overdraft fees. After putting up with this for way too long, Im lodging a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and then Im outta here. Worst bank ever!!!!!!!! Consumers BEWARE!!!!!!!
