I've been a customer at this bank for about 5 years now, and the service I've received at all the branches has been excellent. However, at this particular branch, I've had the pleasure of being assisted by Valeria Escalante, who is the best personal banker in Naples. She truly cares about providing top-notch service and giving valuable advice on managing finances and banking effectively. From setting up lines of credit to optimizing money management, I highly recommend her.

This used to be a great branch but this last year or so it couldn't be worse. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I've banked with 5/3 for over 16 years without a problem. These past months the online banking system has been a mess, and this past 3 weeks I've been unable to access it AT ALL. I went into the branch 4 times, called customer service 5 times, no one could help me....and there have been NO ONE of any authority IN the branch!! I am usually happy with 5/3 bank but this one is gross, it smells, and the service is a misery. Don't go here!
Only ever use atm because of location. Charges $3.50 if not your bank. It sucks but I do it for convenience when needed.
