I've been banking here for 26 years and I've never had a bad experience.Today I came in with a convoluted request. I had one check that I wanted to to deposit. From that I wanted to deposit $ into an account I didn't know the # of and get cash from another account. Flavia was great when I told her all that. "No problem,Mr. Utz " When it was all over,she had a big smile and said. "Have a great day and thanks for coming in.

I recently visited the 5/3 Bank branch and had the pleasure of being assisted by Flavia at the teller window—and I couldn’t be more impressed. Opened account last year. Gary Bell, the premier banker, and the front tellers are very welcoming and always ready to help. Some of the other bankers in offices need to improve though with their knowledge base and the need to at least check to give correct answer to the customers. Overall, very good service.

I've been a customer at this bank for about 5 years now, and the service I've received at all the branches has been excellent. However, at this particular branch, I've had the pleasure of being assisted by Valeria Escalante, who is the best personal banker in Naples. She truly cares about providing top-notch service and giving valuable advice on managing finances and banking effectively. From setting up lines of credit to optimizing money management, I highly recommend her.
