The Brevard Nc is the worst branch EVER. Everyone is clueless and zero zero zero customer service.
Great bank and awesome awesome ATM
5th/3rd had always gone above and beyond for us. The employees at the branch office, loan officers, security, customer service and even the online(app) banking has been amazing and simple. They always take time to get to know my situation so they can offer me the proper services and the good folks at the branch all know me by name even though I'm not in there very often. The the security department has saved me so much money by catching and stopping purchases that looked like fraud. This is the only bank I'll recommend.
