So I go into this branch today and I wanted to cash a $2.00 check. I was told they needed to create a "profile" for me since I had never been there before which I thought was a little strange but I was okay with that until the boy waiting on me asked me for my social security number. I said no,you don't need my social security number you have my ID and that's all you should need. I mean it was only a$2.00 check!!!
