Just got off the phone with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg.

Had a stolen purse and I had lost everything. Went to this branch to replace my debit card and Access 360 card. One particular banker was not helpful at all, no sympathy was shown for what had happened. I will not be going back to this location. I will be doing my banking at the location in Bellevue!
