Nonsense bank refused for account creation. Bank agent says you already taken bonus in some other bank and you are coming here. What's that matter to him ? Do I need to get divorce from first bank is the rule in USA :) lol

I have been a customer with 53rd since it was First Charter Bank. Going back to 1995. My go to teller was Valentina. She has retired and will be missed.
I have been banking at 5/3 for over a year. However, at the Mallard Creek location they refused to allow me to withdraw my money. Treating me like it wasn't mines. I had to go to the location I originally opened my account and they treated me like a customer and completed my transaction with no problem.
