Truly wish I could leave zero stars. My parents have banked with Fifth Third for 16 years and moved over five million dollars through their accounts. My dad, almost 70, canceled his credit card processing account after retiring, but the processor kept charging $100+ monthly—and Fifth Third kept allowing it for over a year. They were contacted more than eight months ago, yet the charges continued. After 12+ hours on the phone, they still refuse even a 90-day refund. I've had the pleasure of being with Fifth Third Bank since high school and have always had great experiences. However, I'm writing this review to acknowledge Miriam's commendable service and attitude with helping me navigate through my needs. With a working 9-5 schedule, it's hard to find the time to come to the branch in person-- but Miriam makes sure all my problems are resolved over a quick phone call. I highly recommend.
ATTENTION! ATTENTION! ATTENTION! There is a serious problem with the Fifth-Third Mobile App! Here is my case and the problem that went UNRESOLVED! On February 18th, 2025 I requested a Cash Advance of $100.00 from my Credit Card to my Checking Account. THE TRANSACTION WAS DUPLICATED! TWO $100.00 CASH ADVANCES WITH FEES OF $10.00 EACH! I want to take a moment to appreciate Miriam and her manager Harold for helping us out with banking services even beyond their time by staying over.
