I have been a customer with 53rd since it was First Charter Bank. Going back to 1995. My go to teller was Valentina. She has retired and will be missed.
I have been banking at 5/3 for over a year. However, at the Mallard Creek location they refused to allow me to withdraw my money. Treating me like it wasn't mines. I had to go to the location I originally opened my account and they treated me like a customer and completed my transaction with no problem.
Truly wish I could leave zero stars. My parents have banked with Fifth Third for 16 years and moved over five million dollars through their accounts. My dad, almost 70, canceled his credit card processing account after retiring, but the processor kept charging $100+ monthly—and Fifth Third kept allowing it for over a year. They were contacted more than eight months ago, yet the charges continued. After 12+ hours on the phone, they still refuse even a 90-day refund.
