I’ve been with this bank for a few years, but the two tellers at the front desk now make me feel really uncomfortable. When I go in to make a deposit—since my restaurant needs coins—they greet me with a smile, but their attitude changes instantly the moment I ask to exchange money for coins. It’s really unpleasant, and it’s happened more than once; I’m actually considering closing my account next time.
We opened an estate account with Fith Third Bank at this location. Amanda was our Personnel Banker. She did a fantastic job walking us through the entire process. She answered our questions and made sure we had all the facts we needed. She wA professionalki d and very eSy to work with on our project. Definitely recommend this bank I was in there again today and I was totally surprised, the bank has walk-in hours on Saturday! The tellers were just as kind and professional as Amanda.
Terrible.
