Pretty dysfunctional branch. They say they will call back. They actually called 45 days later!!
I don't like to give 1 star to any business, but this branch particularly needs better customer service.
This is the worst bank I ever worked with. They say they will call, but then never follow up. It happened more than one time. I am just taking every penny from this bank and go somewhere else for sure.
Not thrilled that they require a social security number to cash a check. A small check at that. Brian at the branch made it very clear they would not cash it without my social security number
