This Bank Sucks. Solely because of them we have not been able to get back in our house after a fire and they have flat out told us they don't care.
Practice good customer service
The absolute worst bank I have ever banked with. Fifth Third Bank in general is not like any other bank. They will hit you with outrageous overdraft fees that are nearly impossible to catch up/have fixed even if it’s in their error from the National Fifth Third Bank outage. I have banked with Fifth Third for a little over a year and I have had to call or visit the branch nearly every month due to an account issue of some sort. Terrible terrible bank to deal with!!! Make sure you stay away from this bank if you have a account with these people close it immediately!!!! They pay car dealerships to run your credit even if you're preapproved somewhere else... Had to call them 11 times to finally speak to somebody that can takeoff a hard inquiry Because I don't have a account with them They want to give me a hard time to take it off ... Fifth Third Bank needs to change their name to Three Fifths of a Bank. Still waiting for my debit card for an account I opened 15 days ago. Without the debit card I can't set up my account for online bill pay. I have NO ACCESS to MY money unless I walk into the branch and withdraw cash. RIDICULOUS. The absolute WORST customer service of any bank I have ever dealt with.
worse banck ever. i made a payment to my credit card and try to use it, but it decline.
